JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

  • Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and documentation requirements.

  • Address client questions and concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Keep client records current and maintain confidentiality at all times.

     

  • Work together with internal divisions to address problems and follow up on client requests.
  • Keep an eye on client comments and report any unsolved problems to the proper staff.

     

  • Help in keeping performance records and creating service reports.

     

  • Encourage a favorable perception of the business and guarantee steady customer satisfaction.

     

  • Provide data and communications pertaining to customers to the sales and operations team.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably in a professional services firm.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • High level of professionalism and customer-oriented attitude.

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
