JOB DESCRIPTION

Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Address client questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Keep client records current and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Work together with internal divisions to address problems and follow up on client requests.
- Keep an eye on client comments and report any unsolved problems to the proper staff.
- Help in keeping performance records and creating service reports.
- Encourage a favorable perception of the business and guarantee steady customer satisfaction.
- Provide data and communications pertaining to customers to the sales and operations team.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably in a professional services firm.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

High level of professionalism and customer-oriented attitude.
-
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
