JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work together with internal teams to guarantee that consumer needs are swiftly satisfied.
- Give precise details about services, delivery dates, and shipment tracking.
- Keep track of all communications and transactions with customers.
- Follow up with clients to get their opinions and make sure they’re satisfied.
- Create customer service metrics reports and provide recommendations for enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
