Civil Foreman Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities

Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Supervise employees and subcontractors, making sure that safety procedures and project plans are followed.

Examine and decipher building designs to properly lead the workforce.

Track development, quality, and material consumption; report any problems or hold-ups.

Enforce stringent safety guidelines and ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is used appropriately. Work together with engineers, supervisors, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.

Train and guide laborers and junior employees; keep thorough daily logs of the supplies utilized and the task completed;

REQUIREMENTS

– Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman, ideally in large-scale infrastructure projects
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and site management
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
– Ability to understand and work with technical drawings and specifications
– Hands-on experience with construction tools and equipment
– Previous experience in the UAE or Gulf region is a plus
