JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare accurate and detailed structural drawings for high-rise building projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure all drawings comply with project requirements and local building codes.

• Evaluate and update drawings in response to input from project managers, engineers, and architects.
• Verify that every design satisfies the technical specifications of the project and is precise and consistent.
• At different phases of the project, help with the creation of As-Built drawings and documentation.
• Keep track of and arrange a system for all project documentation, drawings, and edits.
• Participate in project meetings and help resolve problems pertaining to technical drawings.
• Work together with the construction and procurement teams to guarantee that drawings and specifications are available on time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman, preferably in high-rise building projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software (Revit knowledge is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with engineers and architects.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of structural design principles is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
