JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follows all relevant customer service and airlines specific policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in line with regulations and SLAs.
• Day-to-day operations related to own job and be available on the assigned task in a timely manner.
• Discusses safety concerns openly and reports them to the concerned Team Leader on shift.
• maintains a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to all applicable safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.
• helps the group of loaders and equipment operators with cargo handling tasks, including build-up, breakdown, acceptance, and delivery, as well as standard-compliant cargo, courier, and mail paperwork.
• Counts items at each stage of delivery, acceptance, breakdown, and build-up and examines and verifies against pertinent documents to make sure they meet all applicable requirements and are shipped in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• promptly enters data, either automatically or manually, into the cargo systems.
• efficiently and effectively coordinates with government agencies like customs, the municipality, health, or the police to guarantee the seamless transportation of all cargo, courier

REQUIREMENTS

• High School with a Certificate (12 years of schooling) or Diploma in a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Logistics and Cargo
• Proficient IT and Computer Literacy
• English Language and Communication skills
• Basic Safety Awareness Skills
• Basic Planning and Organizing Skills
• Customer Management Skills
