JOB DESCRIPTION
In your role as a call center operator, you will be in charge of efficiently managing calls, emails, and other forms of communication from internal or external guests as well as coworkers regarding questions, requests for reservations for hotel goods and services, guest feedback, and complaints while always adhering to call standards and providing high-quality service. In order to meet the company’s leadership’s commercial objectives and guest pleasure, you will make sure that all communications are courteous, personalized, considerate, and personal.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center or significant customer service experience. Impeccable personal presentation, patient when dealing with guests, always maintaining a positive attitude, paying attention to details, and being passionate about customer service are essential. Computer literacy and Opera systems are imperative, and fluency in English is a must. Due to our guest’s demographics, we are preferably looking for either Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French fluent speakers.
