JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Handle inbound & outbound calls according to procedures, guidelines, and schedules set by organization, call center.
  2. Proactively offer customer to register IVR and SMS service according to procedures and guidelines
  3. Escalate customer queries and complaints as necessary.
  4. Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
  5. Describe goods and services, their costs, and all of the inquiries from clients.

     

  6. Always be kind and polite when interacting with clients.
  7. Obtain client data, including name, address, and responses from contacted prospects; enter orders into computers.

     

  8. Maintain precise records of every work completed in the format specified.
  9. Keep client records safe and organized appropriately.
  10. Start making outbound calls to both current ADIB clients and NTB (New to Bank) prospects.
  11. Reach or surpass the management-established daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  12. Actively upsell and cross-sell the different bank products to qualified clients or callers.
  13. Hazard or possible danger should be escalated right away through the appropriate procedures. All ADIB policies must be followed.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Communication skills, bilingual language (Arabic/English)

  • Customer resolution skills
