Branch Accountant / Financial Analyst Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Invoicing for Units of Commercial Vehicles (CV) and rental invoicing for Commercial Vehicles – Hino and Toyota Motors Handling Equipment (TMHE)
  • Validating Sales Order Conditions and recovery account balance before invoicing
  • Issuing gate passes for invoiced units
  • Liaising with Central Finance on DP allocation, returns, and rebilling
  • Managing VAT refunds for export billing
  • Submitting export BOE in SAP
  • Ensuring compliance with defined policies and SOPs, and highlighting any discrepancies to managers in a timely manner
  • Following up on accounts receivable with the business
  • Liaising with Business Managers on overdue accounts
  • Calculating expected collections and provision releases
  • Verifying INDs and doing monthly stock reconciliation
  • Managing Requests for capital expenditures for all Hino and Toyota Motors Handling Equipment (TMHE) divisions
  • Making sure that quotations, vendor selection, and other procurement SOPs are followed
  • Examining and evaluating accounts for upselling and recovery
  • Examining AFSS reports and sending AFSS clearing transactions
  • Creating upload files for IFRP (Flat file) and uploading budgets in SAP/IFRP
  • Making SAP upload tables
  • Communicating with the Central Finance, Group Legal, EIT, Group Administration, and Group Human Resources divisions of the Al Futtaim Group
  • Keeping an eye on and overseeing general ledgers and supporting the substantiation of balance sheets
  • defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial performance and building dashboards for governance and monitoring based on these KPIs
  • Dashboard preparation for monthly presentations
  • Analyzing financial effects and assessing business decisions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Accounting professional qualification (Bachelors in Accounting and Finance, MBA-Finance)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects)
  • 3 to 5 years of well-rounded experience in the field of Finance & Accounting
  • Strong core finance technical skills, processes, infrastructure, and systems
