JOB DESCRIPTION
• Support flight crews with on the road maintenance support via phone, text and email
• Communicate with maintenance vendors remotely via phone, text and email to return aircraft to service
Help the Director of Maintenance with scheduling, maintenance, and planning; help with onsite and remote vendor audits; work flexible or extended hours with short notice schedule changes; speak, read, and write English fluently; perform a sometimes physically demanding job; and finish a background check and drug test administered by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
REQUIREMENTS
• Part 135 Charter Operator experience preferred but not required
• Prior Maintenance Controller experience preferred but not required
• Hawker, Gulfstream or Challenger (Bombardier) experience preferred but not required
• Experience utilizing aviation software preferred but not required
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task, collect and organize data, define problems and provide required
reporting in a timely manner
• Ability to work effectively with a sense of urgency
• Ability to utilize the resources provided to assist with problem solving
• Must be self-motivated and driven
• Must be able to work efficiently with little direction and supervision
• Must be flexible to the schedule changes the job may demand
