JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Conduct effective sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance management.
2. Keep up to date with customer contract terms, internal policies
3. Record the demand received in the system with relevant details
4. Identify suitable manufacturers/distributors for demanded product/services using various tools used in Aviation and Commercial Industry
5. Send RFP’s to the potential suppliers

6. Look into potential substitute materials or sources to save costs and expedite delivery.
7. When needed, coordinate technical details with the client or end user.

8. Create bid analyses and client quotations in accordance with corporate policies and terms agreed upon with customers.

9. Enter pertinent information for a sales order into the system.

10. Draft a purchase order that includes specific terms and line items.

11. Forward the authorized purchase order to the vendor and monitor their response.

12. In charge of keeping an eye on every transaction made using an automated system.

13. Work together with the company’s involved departments to address any concerns that may be preventing the item from being delivered on time.

14. Coordinate with the logistics division to guarantee prompt and economical delivery of goods and services.
