JOB DESCRIPTION
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
- Analyze and put corrective measures into place to ensure that productivity and quality are continuously high and that business goals are fulfilled during all shifts.
- In addition to managing administrative tasks and fostering a positive team culture, assist and guide a team.
- Evaluate performance and make recommendations for process enhancements to maximize productivity and enhance customer service.
- Work together with other supervisors to standardize shift procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
– University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), completed before start date
– Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
– Relevant experience in performing data analysis
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
– Experience in a logistical working environment
