JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will provide an efficient Reception service to all guests, offering information and giving their full attention to all guest’s special requirements, needs and requests. ensuring the seamless operation of all Royal Club check-ins and check-outs as well as the timely and accurate processing of all cashiering transactions. meeting all resort service requirements and providing individualized attention by constantly attending to visitors’ needs during their visit. Working closely with the F&B service staff, you will ensure that safety and hygienic regulations are consistently upheld. You must also fully understand the benefits and offerings of the Imperial Services.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have 1-year experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in an international hotel. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles.
