JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serves as liaison in between department and offices
• Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as required
• Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
• Manages administrative productivity in compliance with management guidelines; • Receives and forwards communications to various employees, departments, and outside parties.
• Arranges and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events as needed; manages and coordinates travel plans for executives and directors, including flights, lodging, transportation, visa applications, and other logistics; and acts as the main point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a variety of specific issues.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Effective communication and written skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Critical and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
