JOB DESCRIPTION
Office Management Tasks:
· Ensure smooth functioning of the daily office operations, including facility management, maintenance, and security coordination.
· To oversee all the Government and free zone related activities including execution of labor related issues, timely renewal of trade licenses and tax related matters for the company.
· Ensure timely payment of local suppliers (electricity, telephone, Cooling etc.) and coordinate with local accounting.
· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
· Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
· Assist in preparing reports, local events, and travel arrangements.
HR Activities:
Employee leave, absence, and sickness monitoring.
Help with the hiring process, which includes posting jobs, reviewing applications, setting up interviews, and orienting new hires.
Weekly interactions with different stakeholders are necessary to manage and guarantee timely responses to employees’ daily difficulties and inquiries in the most efficient way, as well as to address disciplinary matters.
Effectively handle workplace concerns and manage employee relations.
Comply with company policy and labor laws when creating and maintaining personnel records.

REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in an HR and administrative role.
· Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
· Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
