JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for day-to-day people experience operation.
- Deliver a consistently high-level quality customer service and communication to internal and external customers/stakeholders. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to meet defined work goals.
- Execute all HR- assigned activities in a timely manner in compliance with the latest policies and processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions. Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- familiarity with the data landscape and HR systems at the level necessary to carry out procedures and finish jobs accurately and with quality.
helps find opportunities for ongoing system, process, and practice improvement as well as cost savings at several employee lifecycle touchpoints to enhance the quality of the human experience. - upkeep of precise reporting on HR-related tasks and ad hoc reporting when needed
- Comply with the Service Level Agreements for all transactional activity.
- Give managers and staff excellent, dependable HR advice, assistance, and resolution with an emphasis on the people experience.
- To complete any transactions, look into, gather, and verify any pertinent documentation.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- 12 years of schooling or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
REQUIREMENTS
- Comprehensive knowledge in HR administrative procedures, or in a shared services environment covering all aspects of employee lifecycle.
- PC literate and proficient in MS Office package
- Strong quality orientation and organization skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), Arabic language is an advantage.
