JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and verify deal packs to ensure smooth invoicing and timely vehicle delivery
- Create financial documents for bank transactions and coordinate with the accountant for deal pack scanning
- Validate customer documentation prior to vehicle delivery
- Oversee the setup, positioning, and monitoring of the marketing, Goshi, and demo vehicles.
- Arrange the exhibits in the showroom and make sure the specifications for each display unit are correct and up to date.
- Verify physical stock and carry out other tasks associated with the inventory of new cars.
- Keep an eye on and oversee the branch’s inventory of older vehicles.
- Organize car washing and keep weekly sanitation records.
- Oversee the fueling, registration, deregistration, Salik, and ETC configuration of the demo units.
- Examine vehicles and work with Orient to arrange repairs.
- Set up the processing of the Hayaza (Transfer Certificate).
- As needed, assist with several ad hoc sales-related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of administrative and coordination experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
