JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that all the customers/guests are served with quality foods and beverages prepared according to established standards.
• Assist in maintaining sufficient stock during the entire shift including checking all the received stock to make sure that the same is in accordance with the order, quality and quantity and display or store them.
• By wiping down surfaces and ensuring that plates, glassware, and serving utensils are spotless, arranged, and ready for service in accordance with standard operating procedures and in compliance with safety, health, and hygiene regulations, you can help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• In order to keep the dining spaces neat and welcoming, help with table service and make sure that dishes are cleared away quickly.
• The outlet should be prepared and closed in accordance with conventional opening and closing procedures.
• Observe the company’s established hygiene policy and procedures, particularly when handling food and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Assist in collecting, loading and delivery of items to the outlets and perform other related duties as required.
• Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 international standards and executes all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
