JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel
- Perform daily checks around the hotel
- Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
- Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers
- All hotel fixtures and fittings should be maintained to guarantee their safety, and any dangerous conditions should be addressed.
- Create, carry out, and oversee all emergency programs.
- Create, carry out, and oversee energy-saving initiatives for the property to reduce costs.
- Organize the bidding process for renovations, specify the project’s budget and scope, and supervise the general contractor and subcontractors to guarantee high-quality work is completed affordably.
- Execute special projects and other duties as delegated; be in charge of the hotel’s health and safety.
- Make sure that personnel receive the appropriate training and that monthly safety inspections occur.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering

- Previous experience in a management role
