JOB DESCRIPTION

Installation and Service Operations:

• Technical Skills: Grasping engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Equipment Installation: Setting up and calibrating systems.
• Maintenance & Repair: Conducting routine checks and repairs.
• Customer Support: Communicating technical solutions clearly.
  Collaboration: Engaging with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.

Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Front Line Sales):

• Product Knowledge: Understanding the specifications and benefits of our offerings.
• Customer relationship management is the process of establishing and maintaining connections with customers.
• Presentation & Communication: Making difficult ideas understandable to non-technical clients.
• Negotiation Skills: Confidently closing sales agreements.
• Finding customer demands and market trends is known as market analysis.
• Solving problems: Developing customized answers for our customers.
• Sales Strategy: Comprehending competitor analysis and pricing methods.
• Cooperation: Easily coordinating with the customer service, engineering, and marketing departments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Must be a UAE national with a family book.
• Passion for pursuing an engineering-based career.
• Adaptability to work with a diverse team.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Previous internship experience in related fields would be a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
