JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Tracks and monitors the team’s daily operations and gather feedback to generate daily reports for the management.
  • Assign ques and workload.
  • Meeting operations KPI’s.
  • Examines the Projects updates and status reports on each project’s performance to the management.
  • Deal with client escalations.
  • communicates and plans escalations with other Group Business Units.
  • Help the contact center manager with ongoing plans and future projects to meet departmental and team objectives.
  • Make the most use of agents and resources.
  • As needed, use the call center application to receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats.
  • Lead and guide the group.
  • duties appropriate to the position.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant Education Degree
  • 3 years experience in a senior/supervisory role in Contact Call center
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Approachable personality
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellence verbal and written communications skills
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and multi-task are essential qualities
  • Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent team leader
