JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and keep office calendars up to date.
- Effectively manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Help with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Make sure the reception area is tidy, well-kept, and orderly.
- To ensure efficient office operations, coordinate with various departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
