JOB DESCRIPTION

• Procure workshop consumables, tools, equipment, and manuals based on instructions from management.
• Receive and inspect all indented materials to ensure quality and quantity.
• Make sure that all supplied items are returned on time, and keep thorough records.
  
• Assist the workshop manager administratively by managing attendance records and conducting inventory audits.
  
• Uphold strict safety regulations in the storage area.
  
• Keep an eye on the garbage supply and plan disposal as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Stock Management experience for 2 years
• Excellent MS Office skills, Excel in particular; SAP added advantage
• Very good English communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
