JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will: Represent Apple and influence within a single partner store to build business plans, achieve partner sales targets, and grow business. Collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates. Engage consumers and advance the Apple ecosystem by explaining the advantages and values of the products through one-on-one or group product consultations and demonstrations. Create a network of loyal Apple users who will return to offer advice on upcoming Apple purchases. Throughout your store, aim for excellence and make sure that Apple’s exceptional commitment to merchandising and brand standards are maintained. This includes making sure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are current and kept up to Apple’s standards. As directed, perform daily maintenance and inspections, and report problems for prompt and efficient resolution. Give constructive criticism that will assist the Apple Shop operate better, collaborating with partner shop management to attain and enhance outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
- Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
- Demonstrated ability to discover customers’ needs and values.
- Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
- Outstanding customer focus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to educate, inspire, and influence others.
- Solid relationship-building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Effective time management including the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks.
- Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and develop associated insights and recommendations.
- Background in direct sales or solution-based selling.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
