JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Liaison Between Site & Recruitment Office: Act as the primary point of contact between the construction site team and our recruitment team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on hiring needs.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange and plan interviews for positions requiring on-site work, making sure that all pertinent parties are aware of and on the same page.
  • Job Generation: To proactively identify future openings and start job requisitions, collaborate closely with project managers and department heads.
  • applicant & Feedback Management: To improve placement performance, keep track of applicant interviews, gather hiring manager input, and communicate findings to our recruitment staff.
  • Support for Workforce Planning: Keep an eye on on-site labor needs and notify the hiring office of impending demands.
  •  HR Documentation Support: Help keep track of job descriptions, interview logs, and other hiring-related paperwork as needed.
  • General HR Support: Offer administrative assistance with hiring, coordinating onboarding, and other HR procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 1-3 years in an HR coordination, administration, or recruitment support role, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:
– Strong organizational and administrative skills.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced site environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively between teams.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
– UAE Driving License
