JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing Strategy & campaign Coordination:
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and offline platforms.
Manage and coordinate all marketing activities on Monday.com
Coordinate all marketing activities with schools and ensure timely and accurate brief for Design, Brand and social media team
Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives in line with brand guidelines and each individual school’s key messaging house.
Collaborate with school-based experience teams to align marketing efforts with student enrolment goals.
Support the Brand Manager with the analysis and reporting of campaign performance.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control in English and Arabic
Verify that all marketing materials—digital, print, offline, and public relations—follow brand guidelines. Audit school branding on a regular basis across websites, social media, newsletters, and print materials. Offer advice and corrective actions when discrepancies are found. Proofread and edit press releases, website content, and marketing collateral to guarantee brand alignment and messaging clarity in Arabic and English.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the education sector or an agency.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills:
Proven ability to support and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
