JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials, answering patients’ call and requests, and reporting observations of the patient to immediate in charge.
• Ensure the satisfaction of patients on their needs of Ambulate, Transport or Escort.
• Enhances nursing department and Clinic reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
• Anticipate needs of patients who are waiting for consultation with the doctor.
• Identify the patient’s pain and take the necessary action to allay their worries.
• Help with patient relations, making appointments, and providing patients with phone updates.
• Keep track of the entrusted records, logs, reports, and forms.

   

• keeps patient information private, protecting the organization’s worth.
• respects federal regulations, clinic policies and procedures, and professional standards in order to serve and safeguard the clinic.
• Help with front desk, lab, radiology, nursing station, and other clinic administrative tasks.
• assembling the tools needed by medical practitioners.
• helping to set up the patient’s couch
• Work closely within the parameters of patient care while being supervised by the head nurse.
• Patients should be encouraged to purchase their medications from our pharmacies.
• Make patients feel at ease by promoting the clinic’s other departments, physicians, and diagnostic tools.
