JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and organize various types of events such as conferences, corporate events, webinars and exhibitions.
• Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management and timeline development. Coordinate event registration, staffing, and any technical or creative requirements.
• Create and carry out marketing campaigns for events on both conventional and digital media. Make sure that websites, social media, email, and other pertinent channels are used to successfully promote events.
• Manage every facet of the event’s on-site operations, such as registration, guest relations, speaker scheduling, and problem-solving.
• Create an extensive database of rivals’ marketing initiatives and activities.
• Keep your brand consistent in all of your communications and marketing campaigns. In all campaigns and materials, keep an eye on and adhere to brand rules.
• Create and manage the production of marketing collateral to support events and brand initiatives, including flyers, brochures, and promotional products.
• Monitor event performance and create reports after the event, evaluating ROI, success, and participant comments. Utilize insights to make future events better every time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience organizing and managing events such as conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.

• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
