JOB DESCRIPTION

Leads and Coordinates the Security Team to ensure Flawless Operations and deliver an Extraordinary Guest and FIVE Tribe Member experience.
Fosters Strong Partnerships with Government and Law Enforcement Agencies, ensuring Seamless Collaboration to uphold the Highest Security Standards.
Works closely with the Director of Security, aligning with the Sensational Vision of the Security Team and adhering to Local Safety Regulations and Emergency Protocols.
Builds Exceptional Relationships with our FIVE Tribe across all areas of operation, maintaining open Communication and embodying the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ in all interactions.
Coordinates bespoke Security Arrangements for conferences and banqueting events, curating a Premium and Seamless Security Experience.
Partners with Department Heads to raise Awareness of Security Responsibilities among all ‘FIVERs.’
In order to foster a culture of learning and keep our FIVE Tribe at the forefront of industry best practices, we regularly plan, conduct, and facilitate security awareness training.
works with the director of security to implement cutting-edge security policies and procedures, making sure that industry-leading safety measures are in place.
ensures the Security Department continuously maintains Top-Tier Standards by helping FIVE fully comply with local fire safety and legal requirements.
ensures clear escape routes, conducts in-depth property tours to prevent fire hazards, and upholds a safe environment.
demonstrates proficiency with emergency protocols and fire safety, guaranteeing prompt and decisive action in emergency situations.
accepts the position of an assistant on the prestigious Fire Brigade Team, providing critical assistance in times of need and supporting FIVE’s innovative safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Security Management or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of Senior Leadership Experience within the Security Field, preferably in a Luxury Hotel environment.
Valid Security Manager License through SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) is mandatory, with a preference for additional certifications or training related to security.
Next-Level Commitment to Maintaining utmost Confidentiality, expertly managing Sensitive Information with Discretion while adhering to Stringent Privacy and Data Protection Protocols.
Comprehensive knowledge of Security Protocols and Procedures, and a thorough understanding of Industry Best Practices, Threat Assessment, Risk Management, Emergency Response, and Incident Reporting.
A strong understanding of UAE Laws, and Health and Safety Regulations.
Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
