JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Implementation of the Policy: Create and implement HR policies, practices, and adherence to UAE labor regulations.
- Performance Management: Provide direction to managers and staff while supervising performance evaluation procedures.
- Training and Development: Determine the need for training and organize initiatives for professional growth.
- HR Administration: Handle payroll inputs, keep up-to-date personnel records, and effectively administer HR systems.
- Compliance and Documentation: Make ensuring that employment contracts, visas, and other legal procedures are completed on time.
- Employee Engagement: To promote teamwork, organize and carry out engagement projects and activities.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry.
REQUIREMENTS
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies and UAE labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
