JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for leading and motivating Customer Service Team, ensuring sufficient training and able to handle inquiries and issues effectively
- Support and enhance teams’ performance and professional growth
- Carryout regular team performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Responsible for hiring and onboarding of new staff.
- Responsible for Managing Customer Service activities for Dubai, Jubail and Buyout’s
- Responsible for overseeing the collaborate with internal and external customers
- In charge of developing and carrying out customer service policies and processes that complement the objectives of the business.
- Capacity to handle and successfully address complicated issues and client complaints while remaining composed and professional in trying circumstances.
- In charge of monitoring KPIs to assess the Customer Service Team’s efficacy
- guarantees that clients receive timely updates on the status and progress of their orders while following to global communication standards.
- Monitor and follow up on all orders on a regular basis, paying particular attention to those of important clients, principal partners, and shutdown and essential requirements.
- All essential orders (such as shutdown, liquidated damages, pre-committed orders, and other urgent requirements) are monitored, and customers are regularly updated on the status of their orders.
- examines reports on the weekly and monthly order status updates for a chosen group of local business partners.
REQUIREMENTS
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- International Trade Compliance
- 5-8 years’ experience in Customer Service.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Proficient in MS Office & Oracle applications
- Administration and organizational skills
