JOB DESCRIPTION
Your primary duties are to assist and support the waiter in providing an outstanding level of service. Operating the food service from the kitchen to the restaurant, cleaning the tables and other areas of dirt and soiled utensils, renting out space to clean equipment, polishing, storing, refiling stations, arranging the back of the house, setting tables, serving food, finishing opening and closing tasks, and adhering to sanitation and safety standards (ISO) are all included in this.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel or restaurant. Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages being a strong asset. Previous experience working in established restaurants is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Impeccable attention to detail and presentation. A passion for hospitality and a desire to continuously improve and innovate.
