JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepares the team for the upcoming job and allocates job cards to them to align the jobs to the skills set and efficiency level and maximize throughput on time

• Reviews pre-order forms to confirm parts requirements are well-matched with the issue on hand and guaranteed to fix the problem

• guarantees that the experts perform quality checks on completed projects.

   

• Get your quotes ready. Work along with the service advisors to obtain approval.

   

• Examines workshop data, such as hours worked against idle hours and hours sold, to track the achievement of operational goals. Making reports for management meetings is part of this.

   

• keeps an eye on correspondence with clients via Service

   

• enhances and keeps track of team members’ competency. responsible for keeping the tools and equipment in the workshop in working order and for fixing them.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Automotive or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as supervisor in a reputed automotive dealership

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge in mechanical, electrical & body repairs.

• Sound technical knowledge in vehicle diagnosis and repair

• Good communicator in English; Arabic an advantage

• Sound technical knowledge in vehicle diagnosis and repair

• Knowledge of technical software

• Valid UAE Passenger Bus driver’s license will be an advantage

• Ability to think analytically

• Planning and organizing
