JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage inventory within the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage practices.
• Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and condition monitoring to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity
• Track inventory movements, update records, and generate reports as needed by using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• To enable precise tracking and retrieval, implement traceability rules for objects based on serial numbers (S/N), lots, batches, etc.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and place replenishment orders to minimize carrying costs and prevent stockouts.
• Maintain and arrange the warehouse layout for maximum accessibility and space use.
• Work together with the procurement and logistics departments to plan the receiving and shipping of items, guaranteeing correct and timely transactions.
• Manage shipments, both inbound and outbound, making sure the contents match the paperwork and quickly resolving any inconsistencies.
• Observe environmental, health, and safety regulations in all warehouse activities.
• Encourage efforts for ongoing process and procedure improvement in inventory management.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of stock checking methodologies, condition monitoring, and reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of traceability concepts including serial numbers (S/N), lot, and batch tracking.
• Ability to assess the value of inventory items and manage costs effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
