JOB DESCRIPTION
- Undertakes the physical checking and receiving of goods into stock ensuring that goods are in accordance with purchase order in terms of quantity and quality.
- In order to facilitate supplier feedback, make sure that all stock items are received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the purchase orders. If there are any discrepancies, advise buyers.
- Prepare requisitions for the procurement of stock products to help the senior storekeeper satisfy departmental demands on time.
- When required, help with the packaging and delivery of all items—including non-stock and uniform/promotional items—to outlying locations and promotional events, including dispatch tasks.
- In charge of examining and confirming that the items match the authorized sample. Verify that the arriving materials meet the requirements of the company standards and are in good shape.
- helps with clerical tasks by issuing vouchers and filing receipts.

REQUIREMENTS
Procurement.Non-aircraft : 3+ Years
10 Years schooling or equivalent :
Experience in a General Distribution environement
Knowledge/skills:
- Should be able to communicate effectivey in English P&L Requirement
- – Recommended International Qualifications: MCIPS, CIPS, CPP, CSMP, CPSM, IPSCMI qualifications (CIPP, CPPP, CISCP, CICCM, CIPN, CITLP, CISM, CMPO)
- – Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Procurement, Finance, Engineering, MBA ? equivalent to CIPS or MCIPS depends on grade
