JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines and conduct daily walks & routine checks to secure a hazard-free stockroom environment.
  • Work closely with internal stake holders (Logistics, inventory controller E-commerce etc..) to ensure effective communication.      
  • Receive incoming merchandise & verify accuracy.
  • Inspect shipments for damage, discrepancies, quality issues, inappropriate style/print (Offensive text, nudity print etc…) & report promptly to the manager on duty.
  •  Conduct routine stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records. · Assist in restocking products on the sales floor as needed.
  •  Keep the stockroom area neat, orderly, easily accessible, and productive.
  •  To optimize space and accessibility, put appropriate storage practices into practice and adhere to them.
  •  Protect goods from being stolen, damaged, and entered without authorization.

     

  •  Assemble and package goods for product launches and marketing/social media campaigns.

     

  • Maintain thorough documentation of all goods received, exchanges, and modifications to inventory.

     

  •  Create reports and keep track of documents pertaining to stockroom operations.

     

  • Work together with the VM team and sales workers to maximize sales and refill the sales floor.

     

  •  Stock the tills with point-of-sale (POS) materials every day and notify of any insufficiency in stationary (such as shopping bags and POS paper)…

     

  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures of the store.

     

  •  Collaborate with peers, supporting them in managing their stockroom

REQUIREMENTS

Years of Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in stockroom or inventory management

 

Education/Certification and Continued Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy merchandise.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Adherence to safety guidelines and loss prevention protocols
