JOB DESCRIPTION
Achieve all annual business goals, including revenue, profit, asset and deposit growth, customer acquisition, cross-selling and guiding Relationship Officers on sales opportunities.
Develop and grow the relationships that Relationship Officers have started, turning them into successful endeavors. At the same time, maximize market penetration, concentrate on growing the asset and revenue portfolio by leveraging current clientele, and provide prompt trade and Treasury product advice.
Maintain thorough understanding of SME banking, guarantee quick return times and exceptional customer service, help clients with trade, asset, insurance, and investment concerns, and routinely assess customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain up-to-date KYC and client profiles with the utmost confidentiality; evaluate customer risk and product suitability; contribute to team reporting and document meetings; ensure compliance with all operational risk, sales, credit, and anti-mis-selling policies; and follow credit lending, money laundering prevention, and KYC procedures, reporting any suspicious transaction right away.
REQUIREMENTS
– English, while knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills. Interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
– Knowledge of banking operations.
– Adherence to policies, procedure & compliance regulations.
