JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creates a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness
• Participates in and attends all store meetings and other related functions
• Represents a positive attitude toward the merchandise, the brand and the company
• Participates in all inventories
• Assumes and completes other duties as assigned by stor
• is on time and follows the assigned work schedule.
• is adaptable and collaborates effectively with colleagues and management to complete tasks.
• respects the policies and procedures of M&S 100%
• carries out housekeeping tasks as needed
• makes a good first impression on the client by being upbeat and following the dress code.
• smiles and gives them a genuine, non-businesslike greeting as soon as they enter the store.
• gives clients up-to-date, pertinent information, delivers excellent fitting room service, promptly follows up with clients, keeps the cash wrap clean, and makes an effort to increase sales of the product.
• efficiently serves customers at the cash wrap, gives them gift cards, keeps the cash wrap tidy, and enters client data into the database.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School (Bachelor Preferred)
• 4-5 years’ experience in Fashion industry.
• Proven ability to achieve goals.
• Good Personality
• Good communication skills
• Excellent relationship skills
• Accountability
