JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identifying target Commercial and Corporate borrowers across all financing products including Working Capital and Trade Finance, Capex Loans and Commercial Real Estate Finance presenting Yubi’s value proposition, acquiring and successfully onboarding them on Yubi Loans Platform.

  • Evaluate target Commercial and Corporate borrowers and qualify them to ascertain Yubi’s product fit

  • Reaching out to the said target Commercial and Corporate borrowers and conduct business development activities to convert them into customers

  • Start and oversee client engagement; network and establish connections with CXO/CFO and Treasury Teams; maintain ongoing engagement until the onboarding process is completed.

     

  • Recognize the debt problem statement of commercial and corporate borrowers and appropriately present Yubi’s product offers to address the statement.

     

  • Assure a seamless transition to the internal team responsible for carrying out the debt transaction for the newly hired commercial or corporate borrower.

     

  • Keep an eye on the progress of transactions and the satisfaction of the Commercial and Corporate borrower’s financing needs on a regular basis to make sure the borrowers don’t stop using the platform.

     

  • Ask for and get comments from Corporate and Commercial borrowers who have been onboarded. Then, discuss ideas for improving the Yubi onboarding process and forward the feedback to the technology teams.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6 to 10 years’ experience in acquisition of Commercial and Corporate new clients with any form of financing requirement.

  • Sound knowledge of Commercial and Commercial Banking asset products including Working Capital and Trade Finance, Capex Loans and Commercial Real Estate Finance.

  • Sound Credit skills by being able to structure all type of Commercial and Corporate credit deals.

  • Self-starter and a faster learner who is willing to push the envelope and has ambitions to scale up a business rapidly.

  • Avid networker, excellent at communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach

  • Someone who focusses on driving his unit and making it a significant profit centre. Ability to demonstrate entrepreneurial skills is a must.
