JOB DESCRIPTION

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls; take and relay messages as necessary.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

 

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications and office memos.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to and handle questions and concerns from clients in a prompt, courteous manner.
    Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding a high standard of professionalism to all guests, clients, and employees.

    Office Administration:

    Keep an eye on and maintain office supplies and equipment to make sure everything is stocked and functioning properly.
    Organize office upkeep and repairs in conjunction with suppliers and service providers.
    Help in planning meetings, activities, and events for the firm.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers, fax machines).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
