JOB DESCRIPTION

• Microsoft Product Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support on Microsoft products, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, SharePoint and related technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft technologies
• Product Management: Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs’
• Support for Implementation: Oversee and carry out Microsoft product deployment strategies. Supervise the execution procedure, guaranteeing prompt and efficient delivery

   

• Maintenance and Optimization: Keep an eye on and improve Microsoft product performance. Update and improve as needed to keep security and functionality intact.

   

   

• Reporting and Documentation: Create and keep up-to-date thorough records pertaining to Microsoft products and the procedures involved in product management. Create and deliver reports on the progress of projects and the performance of products.

   

   

• Stakeholder Collaboration: To gather requirements and create solutions that satisfy organizational needs, closely collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, development teams, and business divisions.

   

   

• Training and Support: Give end users guidance and assistance on Microsoft products. Provide information and user manuals to help people use the technology in an efficient manner.

   

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred
