JOB DESCRIPTION

• Completion of vendor approval process and maintain approved vendor list.
• Review of order confirmation from Howden & Non-Howden suppliers, issue order confirmation to customers, monitor readiness of material with suppliers, receive shipping documents, preparation of shipping documents in line with customer order, shipping conditions (Incoterms 2020), issue draft shipping documents to customer, obtain approval, communicate with Suppliers, Customers & nominated forwarders to arrange collection of cargo on a timely manner.
• Preparation of documents related to import/export (inbound & outbound) shipments (Invoice, delivery/packing note, customs delivery advice, issue instructions for Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin from Chamber of Commerce, attestation of documents from Chamber of Commerce, consulate/embassy etc.
• Compile supplier invoices and work with finance to finish billing based on sales orders or customer orders.

   

• Plan and arrange “On Time Delivery” in conjunction with suppliers; assess, plan, and schedule monthly sales projections; oversee order execution; evaluate OTD and implement corrective action; and so forth.

   

• Drafting paperwork for Documentary Credit/Letter of Credit (UCP600), CAD (URC522), reviewing LC SWIFT, preparing documents connected to LC/CAD, presenting documents to the bank, corresponding
• with the applicant and the bank, and managing the notice of dissimilarities in LC.

   

• Work together with the sales and service team, aftermarket (AFM) proposal, and other business groups.

   

• In the event of a material difference, warranty difficulties, or the need to expedite order execution, work with the customer, agent, or end user in coordination.

   

• In accordance with business rules, make sure that environmental, health, and safety requirements are followed to guarantee a

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Supply Chain Management /Logistics or a related field

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• A strong commercial mind-set and experience within the Supply Chain functions.
• Advanced MS Excel, word, PowerPoint, ERP.
• Hands-on experience in day-to-day functions of post sales, procurement, and logistics processes.
• Proactive hands-on attitude combined with customer-oriented mindset and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
