JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Address a wide range of inquiries from property owners, covering financial matters, utility services, expenses, payouts, banking procedures, listings, portal functionality, pricing structures, availability, property inventory, and access card management.
  • Provide owners with thorough and precise information, ensuring clarity and accuracy in responses.
  • Handle inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously via phone calls and messaging platforms.
  • Respond to owner queries via email in a timely manner, maintaining a professional tone and addressing all aspects of their inquiries.
  • To guarantee that all owner issues are effectively handled, log unanswered questions, create tickets, and be sure to follow up on time.
  • To make the acquisition process easier, ask prospective property owners for the relevant information.
  • Make efficient use of systems like as HubSpot for the recording and management of deals and pertinent data.
  • Work closely with maintenance, housekeeping, reservations, inventory, operations, and other pertinent teams to quickly handle issues as you coordinate with numerous departments to fulfill owner demands.
  • Oversee the unsolved issue escalation procedure to guarantee a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Provide thorough reports that provide insights for ongoing improvement by summarizing owner contacts and issue resolutions.
  • As the role and organizational needs change, adjust to the new responsibilities as needed, being adaptable and proactive in solving problems.
  • Complete any extra tasks that management assigns you, helping to increase overall effectiveness and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or related field of study
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software like HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.
