JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform daily Warehouse and Logistics support tasks at assigned functional area, i.e., Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, Line Maintenance Stores, Outstation Support and Spares Distribution sections as per assignment. Tasks include, but not limited to picking, packing, sorting, stocking, transporting and pre-loading.
- To satisfy client SLA and team sectional targets, support assistants and senior assistants carry out warehouse and logistics tasks successfully and efficiently.
- Make sure that safety rules and procedures are followed at all times, as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM), to guarantee compliance.
As directed by the assignment, operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and perform system transactions (Handheld Devices) connected to Warehouse & Logistics activities.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
10 Years schooling or equivalent
Minimum 1 year work experience as an associate in Warehouse and logistics.
Knowledge/skills
- Basic English language skills and physical fitness.
- A valid UAE driver’s licence/Airside Driving Permit (ADP) would be an added advantage.
