JOB DESCRIPTION
Human Resources Responsibilities:
• To ensure that Recruitment & Selection best practice techniques are used, to enable the bar to be raised in terms of quality of recruits to drive and enhance overall business performance.
• To continuously build and improve the people capability within the business
• To ensure that smart recruitment decisions are made by utilising best practice selection techniques
• To ensure that all recruitments take place in compliance with the Recruitment Policy
Policies & Procedures:
• To drive the agenda for added value initiatives by collaborating with the regional HR manager, CME, and team to guarantee consistency of approach and best practices of the established HR rules, procedures, and practices.
• To support the development and completion of various HR policies and guarantee their uniform application throughout the Middle East
• To prepare the Staff Handbook and communicate it to all employees
Training & Development:
Leading the occupational training, development, and assessment agenda in the pertinent business units while offering everyone first-rate service; conducting training needs analyses based on employee skill matrices; and establishing and facilitating a training administration and logistics function
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a must; a master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive strategic HR initiatives
• Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
• Knowledge of speaking in Hindi is must
• Knowledge of understanding, reading, writing & speaking Arabic is must
