JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Onboard new employees and assist in conducting new hire orientations.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ensure employee records are up-to-date.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Adopt and uphold HR regulations throughout the company.
  • Resolve staff inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Keep up with modifications to labor regulations and make sure you’re in compliance.
  • Make sure workers are happy with their jobs and let them know about extra benefits.
  • Gather and evaluate HR data to create recommendations and solutions.
  • Add new hire details or employment status updates to employee records.
  • Assist the leadership in creating a productive and upbeat work atmosphere.
  • Updating and supervising attendance records while creating monthly summaries.
  • Establish and update the HR calendar to assist with HR-related tasks.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant with knowledge of HR systems and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
