JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain an excellent level of client service at all times within/through the structure and demonstrate full awareness of internal procedures.
- Obtain and handle payments in accordance with the organization’s established procedures.
- Oversee and plan the structure’s financial opening and closing.
- welcoming visitors as they come in.
- Accompany visitors in waiting rooms or at tables.
- putting visitors at the table they want to be at while keeping in mind table rotation to ensure servers have the proper amount of patrons.
- answering concerns and assisting in their resolution.
- processing reservations, returning calls, and responding to inquiries.
- familiarity with the menu.
- uphold expected levels of style and grooming.
- delivering outstanding client support.
- carry out more tasks as needed
