- Reception & Office Administration: Manage reception duties and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Support for Sales Administration: Help the sales administration group effectively manage growing workloads.
- Support for the Safety Officer: Assist the Safety Officer with documentation and compliance.
- Communication Management: Respond to questions by phone, email, and other means.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP, Coupa, or MRP systems is a strong asset.
- Any combination of education and experience enabling the achievement of the outlined objectives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic and ability to manage diverse tasks effectively.
