JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive and inspect garments for stains, damage, and special instructions.
•  Operate and maintain dry cleaning machines and other related equipment.
•  Treat stains and spots using appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals.
• As directed by the guests, press and finish the clothing.
• Keep track of the chemicals and cleaning materials in stock.
• Make sure the space used for dry cleaning is tidy and orderly.
• Address any client issues and deliver first-rate customer service.
• Observe all health and safety guidelines.
• Help with additional duties as required, such managing modifications or folding clothes.

REQUIREMENTS

•  High school diploma or equivalent.
•  Previous experience in dry cleaning or hotel laundry is preferred.
