JOB DESCRIPTION
• Give a warm welcome to each guest arriving and entering the hotel, with a smile and by name.
• Bids a sincere farewell to each guest departing from the hotel and invites them to return, with a smile and by name if known.
• Calls for taxis and open car doors for guests.
• Assists guests with unloading and loading of luggage.
• Helps and works in tandem with the valet personnel to maintain a free and spotless driveway.
• Always greet coworkers and visitors with a smile, a helpful grin, and a welcoming demeanor. At all times, give polite, professional service.
· Give a kind and courteous greeting and open the car door for every person entering or departing through the main entrance.
• If at all possible, escorts visitors to the reception desk upon arrival so they can check in.
• Arranges and manages traffic in front of the main entrance, ensuring that no vehicles are parked there without permission.
• Helps Bell Attendants with their jobs when needed.
• Retains a high degree of expertise on the amenities and services offered by Bab Al Shams Resort, Dubai, and other Kerzner
REQUIREMENTS
• Completed Secondary School education
• 1 year in a similar position in a five-star hotel.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Highly organized and proactive and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
