JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage, organize, and maintain all company documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly filed.
- Control the flow of incoming and outgoing documents and ensure they are accurately recorded and archived.
- Establish and keep up a productive method for managing both digital and physical documents.
- Make certain that all paperwork is promptly distributed and appropriately signed.
- To guarantee accuracy and consistency, coordinate document control efforts across departments.
- Help with the creation and filing of reports, compliance checks, and audit documentation.
- Assure adherence to organizational, legal, and regulatory guidelines for the handling and preservation of documents.
- Train employees on document management methods and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a document control or administrative role, preferably in an IT or technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across departments.
